What is Google Panda and Google Penguin ?

It was released in February 2011 and its updated version till now is 22.0.

What is Google Penguin ?

It was also launched for the search engine and it was slightly different from Panda.As both have the same work but it was used to take actions against those sights which were having bad / immoral content.More ever it also punish those sites having excessive keywords ,  doing keyword stuffing , spam links and over optimization of the website.

How to get save from them ?

If you don't want to get caught from them you should have to do work properly and professionally.You should have to avoid garbage content and do real work.Your blog could not contain bad links , spam content and it should be well formatted which is the only way to get your website save from them.Other wise you could be punished badly.
